Students enrolled will get a total body workout that strengthens, lengthens, and stretches the entire body to create a lean and strong physique. The class is based on Dance/ Pilates / Yoga and Therapeutic Barre formats. All levels are welcome to work at their ability. The combination of stretching, strengthening and conditioning leads to healthier dancing and injury prevention. You need to register for this class each week you plan to attend.
