INTRODUCING ARTISTIC SERIES + INTENSIVE SERIES:
Open Improvisation - Dance improvisation is the process of spontaneously creating movement. Development of improvised movement material is facilitated through a variety of creative explorations including body mapping through levels, shape and dynamics schema. This class will allow students to explore movement in a positive and guided structured environment. Benefits of an improvisation class include but are not limited to: Boosting confidence, encoring self- discovery, improving musicality, aiding in performance recovery and inspiring choreography. This class allows students to work at their skill and comfort level. You need to register for this class each week you plan to attend.
Open Barre Stretch, Strength and Conditioning - Students enrolled will get a total body workout that strengthens, lengthens, and stretches the entire body to create a lean and strong physique. The class is based on Dance/ Pilates / Yoga and Therapeutic Barre formats. All levels are welcome to work at their ability. The combination of stretching, strengthening and conditioning leads to healthier dancing and injury prevention. You need to register for this class each week you plan to attend.
